Deborah Shubert

Deborah Shubert has been involved in the professional world of food for over twenty years in San Diego and Los Angeles. Her company, Decidedly Better, specializes in gourmet-fresh delivery of family and business meals, fine catering and cooking class events. Her background includes an MFA, which has helped to define her culinary approach. She worked as a teacher in a variety of artistic disciplines, and feels that the process of preparing food now acts as her creative expression. Her entertaining and informative classes are a great addition to our curriculum.
